Fall Focus Goals

Fall is my absolute favorite time of the year.  The crisp cold air, the leaves changing, the holidays... but as you all know, all that comes with hot apple cider and pumpkin pie!  Not to mention the one thing that rivals food for the top diet disaster - stress!  Between dealing with traveling, family, cooking, and preparing for Christmas - my favorite time of year can pretty quickly become one of the worst times.  That's why this year I'm preparing for more than just candy corn and candied apples.  I need to be ready to combat that lame holiday stress.

Goals for the fall focus:
1. First and foremost, get to my goal weight!  Just 13 pounds to go!  With nine weeks, I only need to lose about 1.5 pounds each week.
2. Train for and run a half marathon
3. Add 5 fruits/veggies to my daily diet
4. Keep my stress to-do list close to my heart nearby

Stress is Coming: These are some of the stressers I'm going to face this fall.
-starting a new job
-moving
-money
-being away from my hubby

I'm looking forward to AND dreading Thanksgiving all at the same time.

I'm sure you'll be fine 13 more lbs left that's awesome!

I am certainly going to be keeping you in my thoughts. Those are big changes! During the last six years I worked in CorporateLand, I was away from hubby for months at a time. It was NOT easy. Thanks for sharing the answer to my question on your last post.

Good idea with making stress control a main focus (I should be doing the same!) You're so close to goal!

your goals for fall sound fantastic... and realizing your upcoming stresses I think makes it easier to cope too.. much luck with your new job.. just remember to always reserve time for yourself..

Sorry -- I haven't posted in a while -- I want to thank you for the blog award!

Coming up with the action plans on managing the stress is a great way to go!

I have been doing the same. Actually trying to strike a balance with work and the rest of my life. It has been very eye-opening -- learning that my work gives me so much external validation when it would be much better having my validation come from within me :)

You can do it!

It's funny, there is no Thanksgiving and no Halloween, either, here in New Zealand. And as much as I take a little sigh of relief over not worrying about the impending calorie-stuffed temptations and stress any holiday brings, I miss it, too. (You can never win!)

Keep focused and you'll do great. :)

Phentramin is a non-prescription alternative to Phentermine. Phentramin's herbal formula is designed to provide the same appetite suppression as prescription diet pills, but without the potentially dangerous side effects.

Philomina

This has made buying Phentermine Online next to impossible. Fortunately there is a new diet pill that has just come out to replace Phentermine called Phentramin-D.
