Pregnancy Goals: First Trimester
- Gain 5 pounds
- Exercise daily
- Fill diet with plenty of fruits and veggies
- Add fish to diet

1. Eat less than 1800 calories a day
2. Only eat when I'm hungry
3. Eat plenty of fruits and veggies
4. Exercise 5 times a week

Goals 7.12 - 9.7
-Lose 10% of my body weight. That's 16 pounds and totally doable because it's two pounds a week.
-Work out a minimum of 4 times a week and up to 5 times.
-Keep a 100% accurate list of my calorie intake
-Only weigh myself on Mondays
-Be able to run 5 miles (to prep myself for December 1/2 marathon!)
Week 1:
- Lost 3.8 pounds, almost double my goal!
- Worked out 2 times, half my goal
- Kept list of calories 5 out of 7 days
- Weighed myself 2 times other than Monday
- Ran 1 Mile
Week 2:
- Lost 1.6 pounds, it's not two pounds a week - but I'm counting it as a success because I'm still on track to lose 10%
- Worked out 2 times, half my goal (it hasn't been because of laziness, just haven't been able to get to the gym!)
- Tracked calories 5 of 7 days
- Weighed myself 2 times other than Monday
- Ran 1.4 miles
Week 3:
- Gained 1 pound
- Worked out only once, not even close to my goal of a minimum of 4 times
- Tracked calories 2 of 7 days
- Weighed myself 1 time other than Monday
- Ran 1 mile
- Adding new goal of living life! Remembering to take moments to enjoy life!
Week 7:
-Lost 2.3 pounds
-Worked out 5 times, and kept to my marathon training
-Did not track calories, it sounds pathetic, but yes, I was just too swamped with other things
